   About test probe pins,the function mainly have two ways:mechanical properties and electronic properties.

 Mechanical properties means the spring force,usually probe pin is consist of plunger,barrel and spring,so we have strict requirement to the spring force,we usually have a requirement to the spring force tolerance is ±20%。If the spring force is too big,will have a damage to the PCB board,but if the spring force is too small,will have a bad contact to the PCB board,and have a effect to the test result.

  Electronic properties mainly means the resistance,it will be better if the resistance is smaller.But usually the resistance will be decided by many factors,such as material,plating,so the resistance can’t be zero,but we can try our best to do the best.
