Return and Logistics Policy (B2B Edition)

Merchant Return Policy

SFENG is committed to providing industrial-grade testing components of the highest quality. Due to the precision nature of our products, our return policy is governed by risk management and technical integrity.

Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or shipping errors. All requests must be submitted via email within 30 days of receipt, accompanied by a formal technical inspection report or photographic evidence.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): No returns will be processed without a valid RMA number issued by our sales department.

Condition of Goods: Returned items must be in their original, unopened anti-static packaging. Probes that have been installed, soldered, or show signs of mechanical wear cannot be returned due to contamination risks.

Restocking Fee: For non-quality related returns (e.g., ordering the wrong model) that are approved at SFENG's discretion, a 20% restocking fee will apply to cover re-inspection and re-packaging costs.

ShippingDetails

We leverage Suzhou’s position as a global logistics hub to provide efficient delivery solutions.

Incoterms & Terms of Trade: We support EXW, FOB, CFR, and DDP/DDU (Incoterms 2020). For North American and European semiconductor clients, we highly recommend DDP to streamline customs clearance.

Carriers: Standard shipping is handled via international express (DHL, FedEx, UPS) with an estimated transit time of 4–8 business days. Bulk orders are available via Air Freight or Sea Freight (FCL/LCL).

Packaging Excellence: All probes are secured in anti-static plastic boxes and multi-layered cartons with shock-absorbent materials to prevent damage to delicate probe tips during transit.

Customs Compliance: Export declarations are processed with the "Sold / Commercial Transaction" status. Accurate HS codes (e.g., 9031900090) are provided on all commercial invoices to facilitate smooth global entry.
