With the development of Suzhou Shengteng Electronics Co., Ltd, there are more and more foreign trade business to deal with. To deal with this problem, our company need more foreign trade salesmans. In November, Suzhou Shengteng Electronics Co., Ltd  recruit a new foreign trade salesman,XXX. 

XXX is a active girl, thinking agile. She graduated from XXX university and speaks fluently spoken English. When she studied in campus, she laid solid professional knowledge. However, she have no real experience in foreign trade. The first day she came to Suzhou Shengteng Electronics Co., Ltd, the general manager interviewed new member and learned some basic information about she. She express she want to a challengeable work, although she have little experence about foreigh trade. And she also show her determined to hard –working.

Through the efforts of a month, the new member has make a wonderful achievement. During November, she humbly learned from the company's colleagues. Until now, she has already traded 4 business. To encourage this effort new members, our company conducted a ritual smashing the golden egg. There was some reward in golden egg, which means encouragement and recognition.
